3 out of 5 stars One man's trash is another man's treasure!   August 28, 2010

This is a bag of 60 used golf balls - so if you are reading this expecting to receive a bag of barely used Pro-V1's, you will be let down. My bag contained mostly 2 and 3 year old balls that are faded, dead, and just plain ugly. I'm not complaining though, at 50 cents a ball - what can you really expect?

Quickly: If you shoot 95+, or have a chipping setup in your backyard, this is perfect. If you shoot around 85-95, you're going to play fine with these balls and you should just take some lessons. If you shoot below 85, you probably already have a regular brand/ball you play with and I don't know why you would want these.

Me, I shoot around 82, and I'm cheap as hell. If they could shoot in the 70's with a wooden ball in 1550 - I can play with a slightly used piece of plastic just fine.

OK but appear to have been coated with some type of clear coating which is a bit sticky. I would not recommend them.

I'm an avid golfer and i cant foresee myself spending hundreds of dollars on expensive brand names balls. I think recycled balls are just as good. And i dont know how else you can beat 120 Titleist balls for $50 bucks! Great purchase. Amazon is the best!

Golf balls arrived in just 3 days. Husband is a newbie to golfing - so I figured this item would be a good idea. When we opened the package- the golf balls all looked brand new. Husband was very pleased.

3 out of 5 stars Cheap but not very good quality   March 21, 2010

I have been using "recycled" balls from Amazon for over a year. I must say this one is not as good as Nike and Calleway. There are so many balls that are in poor shape. DOn't save a few bucks her - go for Nike or Calleway.
